My Story
I was introduced to Scentsy in May of 2014 and joined in October of 2014. I was in college at the time & loved the concept of having my room smell good without having a candle in my dorm, since they weren’t aloud. I was hooked since the first time I ordered!
When I first smelt some of the scents for the first time I was brought back to my hometown in South Florida. All the tropical vibes. That’s one thing I love about Scentsy is one single scent can bring back a childhood memory, a favorite vacation, or the way someone smells.
I also loved that Scentsy is safe for kids since I’m a preschool teacher during the day, I’ve had friends/customers had their kids stick their hand in the wax & it hasn’t burn them at all. I’ve had customers cats knock over their warmer and the cat didn’t burn themselves. They just had to scrap the wax off their tail.
Since I am a preschool teacher during the day, I love being my own boss with Scentsy and being able to work my business when I want to and I don’t have to have someone telling me when to work & how much I have to work at it. If I want to take a night off and go to Disney or hang out with friends it gives me the flexibly to do so.
Scentsy has aloud me to go outside my comfort zone, meet new people, & make new lifetime friends. Scentsy is then just the fragrances to me. It’s about building a community of people!
The only thing I wish was different is that I was introduced to Scentsy before 2014 so I could join sooner!
